At That Little Bakery, we take pride in creating delicious and beautiful custom cakes tailored to your exact specifications. As all of our cakes are made to order and customized to your needs, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and want to make sure your experience with us is as sweet as our cakes.
Changes to Orders:

If you need to make changes to your order (such as flavor, design, or delivery details), please contact us at least 7 days before your event date. We will do our best to accommodate changes, depending on the timeline.
Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within this time frame. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after this period.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

While we take every precaution to ensure that your cake arrives in perfect condition, if there is any issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Refunds:

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the cake does not meet the agreed-upon specifications (e.g., wrong flavor, wrong design). Refunds for other reasons, including changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the final product, are not provided.
